About the Organization
Thank you for interest in Indiana Health Centers, Inc. (IHC). IHC is a well established and stable Federally Qualified Health Center located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We were founded in 1977 and have been featured in local and national television, radio, and print media. IHC practices in six Indiana markets and operates seven community health centers, 5 WIC sites, and a mobile medical unit. Many of our health centers are located in small Indiana bedroom communities with close proximity to major metropolitan cities and access to international airports.
IHC is a network of not-for-profit, federally qualified community health centers. We are dedicated and designed to meet the needs of the uninsured, under-insured and underserved residents of Indiana. We employ primary care physicians, mid-level providers, and general dentists in six different Indiana practice markets. Our site locations are as follows:
Indiana Health Center at Kokomo (Kokomo, Indiana), Cass County Community Health Center (Logansport, Indiana), Indiana Health Center at Marion (Marion, Indiana), Community Health Center of Miami County (Peru, Indiana), Community Health Center of Jackson County (Seymour, Indiana), Indiana Health Center at South Bend (South Bend, Indiana), and Project Homecoming (South Bend, Indiana).
IHC will employ U.S. citizens, naturalized citizens, and resident aliens. We have always been a very attractive site for J1 , H1B, and national interest waiver visa candidates, as well as student loan repayors.
