Blue Earth is located at the intersection of Interstate 90 and Highway 169, which allows for easy access to larger cities like Mankato (44,000), home to Minnesota State University, just 45 minutes away; Rochester (121,000), home to Mayo Clinic and an international airport, just a 90-minute drive; and 125 miles to Minneapolis-St. Paul.
