Summary
Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo, Inc. (Clinicas) is a private, nonprofit corporation offering an array of comprehensive primary care services to residents throughout Imperial and Riverside County.
We are a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act Deemed Facility. Our clinics are all located in Health Professional Shortage Areas and meet the qualifications for National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Programs.

History
Clinicas was the first migrant health center established in the U.S. by the federal government in 1970. We have expanded from two original clinics to twelve clinics, three dental centers, and three Women, Infant and Children Nutrition Education Center and six WIC voucher distribution sites.

Clinicas is dedicated to providing excellent care, committed to contributing high level of customer service and promises uncompromising adherence to the highest standards of moral and ethical conduct.
The purpose of Clinicas is to provide direct access to comprehensive, quality primary and preventive health care for high risk and other underserved valley residents. All clinics have bilingual and bicultural staff to assist patients.
About the Community
Clinicas has medical, dental and/or WIC clinics in Imperial and Riverside Counties. Our clinic locations are in Blythe, Brawley, Calexico, Coachella, El Centro, Hemet, Indio, Mecca, Niland, Salton City West Shores, and Winterhaven.
Imperial County is home to approximately 180,000 residents, who live and work within its seven cities and eight unincorporated communities. Imperial County has much to offer. We have a rich agricultural heritage, which includes the production of half of our nations winter vegetables. We are home to an extensive amount of renewable resources, including geothermal, wind, and solar. There is a wide-range of cultural and outdoor recreational activities with hundreds of points of interest such as the Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area, the Sonny Bono Salton Sea National Wildlife Refuge, and a lively population with frequent family-oriented community events.

Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy activities such as hiking, horseback riding, off-roading, and golfing 9 months out of the year. During the hot summer months, spend your weekends enjoying San Diego beaches or the abundant outdoor activities available in the Laguna Mountain Range.
Imperial County is only a 2-hour drive to San Diego, 1.5-hours to Palm Springs, 1 hour away from amazing off-roading in Glamis and Ocotillo Wells, 4-hours away from Phoenix and 5-hours from Las Vegas.
