About the Organization
White House Clinics is a non-profit primary care community health center that provides comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmaceutical, and care navigation services in a one-stop-shop delivery model. We provide services to 32,000 patients annually - 1 in 5 people living in our five-county service area located just south of Lexington, Kentucky.
Founded in 1973 with a goal of making care accessible to all people, our commitment to service continues more than 50 years later! Our organization has grown from a single medical office to nine state-of-the-art comprehensive brick and mortar facilities and two mobile care units which offer an array of primary care services for Kentuckians most in need.
Our outpatient only positions provide the opportunity for a four or five day workweek, depending on your familys needs, and requires limited phone-only call coverage. Other benefits of the position include:
o Guaranteed Base Salary of $260,000

About the Community
Practice community health in a college town! Our communities are home to Eastern Kentucky University and Berea College. Geographically located in south central and eastern Kentucky, White House Clinics' service area includes Jackson, Madison, Estill, Rockcastle, and Garrard Counties. White House Clinics are conveniently located along I-75, just 20 minutes south of Lexington, and a few hours away from many major metropolitan areas. The soft bluegrass and rolling foothills of the Appalachian mountains serve as a beautiful backdrop for high quality primary care services.
We provide primary care to 1 in 5 residents across our 5-county area and over half (~52%) of the low-income residents in the area receive care here. In 2025, we provided care to more than 32,000 patients and earned Gold Status as a HRSA Health Center Quality Leader. This designation recognizes the top 10% of health centers nationally for their performance in patient health outcome metrics.
