About the Organization
Petaluma Health Center is a nationally recognized, award-winning Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to ensuring that all people, including medically underserved populations, have access to high-quality, patient-centered health care. PHC is one of the largest non-profit organizations in Sonoma County and provides over 200,000 health care visits per year to approximately 36,800 people.
PHC is widely recognized for our innovation and has been on the leading edge of team based care since 2007. Recent recognitions include:

Our organization also runs a fully accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Residency Program.
