About the Organization
CompleteCare Health Network began in 1973 as the Community Health Improvement Program, growing to become the 2nd largest FQHC in NJ. Our mission is to provide affordable and accessible health services. We are dedicated to opening the doors to care for all of those who need it - no matter their age, income, insurance status or ability to pay. We operate in 19 locations throughout Gloucester, Cumberland and Cape May Counties all of which are accredited by the Joint Commission and certified as Patient Centered Medical Homes - the new gold standard in health care. Our services include primary medical, dental, pediatrics, OB/GYN, counseling and other specialties, all of which are administered by Board-Certified providers and connected through a robust Electronic Health Record system. CompleteCare is dedicated to ensuring that care provided at our health centers is patient centered, comprehensive, coordinated, accessible, high quality, safe and effective.
In addition to superior health services, CompleteCare also offers patients amenities such as: Medicaid and Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment assistance, Care Management services, translation services, a Low Cost Pharmacy Program, a Patient Portal that allows patients to refill prescriptions, message providers and more, walk-in convenient care centers for emergent health needs and so much more. We truly do strive to offer all of our patients complete care.
CompleteCare is also a community leader. Our leadership is active on many area boards and service clubs. We also seek to initiate partnership among public and private entities in an effort to make our communities healthier.
About the Community
CompleteCare serves patients in Cape May, Cumberland and Gloucester County, New Jersey, three counties near the southern-most part of the state. New Jersey boasts a wide range of scenery and CompleteCare is lucky to be in an area that houses many of the states highlights, including scenic farmland and beautiful beaches. Situated in an area that is conveniently located between four major cities there is never a lack of day trips or activities to participate in while in South Jersey.
Coastal Communities:
Cape May County is full of beautiful beaches that provide for a robust tourist season in the summer months and peaceful solace in the off-season. From Wildwood to Ocean City year-round residents enjoy the ebbs and flows of their constantly changing communities. Off-shore towns provide a quick commute to the beach and access to all of the great activities a shore community has to offer.
The Garden State
New Jersey is known as the Garden State and a large portion of CompleteCares service area lies in rural farming communities. Not only does this mean that the peace and quiet of the country is a reality, but it also allows for flourishing farmers markets at every turn. Of course every area is just a quick drive to local highways making shopping, traveling and commuting a breeze.

As noted, South Jersey has the benefit of being conveniently located between four major cities including Philadelphia, New York, Washington DC and Baltimore, with none more than a few driving hours away from one of CompleteCares health centers. Atlantic Citys vibrant casino life is also nearby. Rich with state parks, golf courses, shopping destinations, and more South Jersey has plentiful resources for those looking for adventure.
