"I've been with The Chautauqua Center for 10 years now, I moved to the area, didn't know anyone nor the community. The Chautauqua Center became my family, everyone is so personable, we are still a smaller center and have the support from administration and managerial staff. TCC truly wants the best for their employees, they're extremely flexible, they focus on work-life balance and we enjoy making work fun. The work that we do is rewarding and fulfilling, we are there for the community and focus solely on the quality of care for patients. Many staff have relocated to The Chautauqua Center, in which we connect them with a realtor who provide a free tour of the community, we also connect those with professional groups and networking groups as well making you feel at home!"
"Moving to this area has taught me to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. There's tons of hiking and biking trails, restaurants, beaches and lakes, outdoor events, skiing hills, antique shops, the arts, wineries, breweries, and the cost of living is very low making the housing market low! I enjoy having stores, and villages nearby as well, and appreciate a 6 minute to work, no fighting with traffic." -Alicia Ekstrom
