We are the largest physician owned and operated multi-specialty provider group in the Tri-Cities and Southwestern Virginia and there are tremendous career opportunities for providers who want to practice quality medicine in a cutting edge environment.
State of Franklin Healthcare Associates (SoFHA) was founded in 1998 and serves the Tri-Cities Tennessee-Virginia region. Physician owned and led, our board of directors and shareholders are all physicians committed to providing the highest quality health care in a professional, compassionate environment. We adhere to the patient-centered model of healthcare service, which means we wont just treat you we partner with you to achieve long-term better health.

With medical services in internal medicine, interventional pain management, physical therapy, walk-in clinic, OB/GYN, family practice, pediatrics, hospitalists and sleep medicine, SoFHA is currently supported by over 250 skilled healthcare providers working in over 35 healthcare practices.
All SoFHA practices are supported with the latest in diagnostic imaging services, a clinical reference lab, sleep center, physical therapy, and durable medical equipment services. Were also affiliated with the East Tennessee State University College of Pharmacy, which operates a clinical practice site for diabetes.

Weather & Climate
Those within the Tri-Cities enjoy four distinct seasons with moderate temperatures that are conducive to year-round outdoor enjoyment. Generally, the climate is warm during summer when temperatures tend to be in the 70s and very cold during winter when temperatures tend to be in the 30s.
