About the Community
Premier Medical Rehab Group is currently based out of Harrisburg, PA. However, we are partnered with providers all across the country who are currently delivering rehab care to patients in acute and subacute facilities. Once a provider specifies their desired area of care, we will search for a facility that is suitable and establish a professional relationship.
