About the Organization
Audubon Home Health and Hospice is a locally owned and operated full service home health and hospice agency that operates in southeast Louisiana. Our mission is to provide outstanding high quality healthcare to our patients and to our referral sources within our coverage areas. With our Palliative program we address the physical, emotional, spiritual, social and psychological issues as we transition to our specialized hospice team. Our goal at Audubon Home Health and Hospice is to consistently meet or exceed the expectations of our patients and referral sources. Our approach is to offer a continuum of every professional resource needed to bring the highest levels of care and compassion to every patient and family we serve.
