Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern Pennsylvania is an acute-care psychiatric hospital that offers a full continuum of care for older adults dealing with mental health conditions and co-occurring disorders. We are dedicated to partnering with individuals, families, and communities to improve the lives of patients through the delivery of high-quality, specialty behavioral health services.
We do that by focusing on the whole person. Our customized, team approach to mental health treatment helps patients build on their strengths through expert strategies in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Our highly trained, experienced care teams include physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists, and other professionals. Depending on the level of care, treatment services may include group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy and alternative therapies such as music or pet therapy.
We help our patients rebuild a sense of control and empowerment by encouraging them to have a voice and a choice in their treatment. And because we know that patient outcomes are better when families are involved in their treatment, we encourage as much participation in their loved ones care journey as possible.
