About the Organization
UVA Community Health, formerly Novant Health UVA Health System, is comprised of three community hospitals, a network of primary and specialty medical practices and outpatient centers, a medical staff of more than 850 physicians representing 60 specialties and sub-specialties, and approximately 2,500 team members, providing high-quality care to the communities of Culpeper and Northern Virginia. UVA Health acquired full ownership of what is now UVA Community Health on July 1, 2021. Its increased scale provides streamlined access to patients throughout the region to exceptional complex care, the latest technology, groundbreaking research and clinical trials.
UVA Health Prince William Medical Center is a 130-bed community hospital with a comprehensive offering of services in emergency, heart and vascular, orthopedics and spine, imaging, womens and childrens health, cancer care, fitness and wellness, rehabilitation, behavioral health, wound care and hyperbaric medicine. The facility earned Magnet re-designation in 2021 and its cardiology, maternity and neurology programs have received national recognitions.
UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center is a 70-bed community hospital with a comprehensive offering of services in emergency, surgery, imaging, womens and childrens health, heart and vascular, cancer care and rehabilitation. It has been recognized nationally for its pulmonary programs performance.
UVA Health Haymarket Medical Center is a 60-bed community hospital with a comprehensive offering of services in emergency, surgery, imaging, womens and childrens health, cancer care and rehabilitation. The facility first opened in 2014.
