The Vituity Hospitalist group at Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center is a physician-owned team of dedicated providers focused on high quality evidence-based medical care, compassionate patient interactions, collaborative nursing and consultant relationships, and efficient patient throughput. This team values a positive, collegial, and respectful work environment with special attention to work-life balance. We believe that a happy physician is a compassionate and effective physician. Additionally, under the Vituity model, our physicians are empowered by a level of ownership that is rarely found in todays Hospitalist market. With this comes the autonomy to shape our practice, but also the responsibility to ensure its financial sustainability. Each provider is a Partner whose perspective helps influence the direction and progress of the group. In short, this is your practice.
This facility is nearly doubling in size and it is important for this Hospitalist group to be adequately staffed to support this transition. Construction completion and new bed openings fortunately align with completion of most residency programs.
$350,000 - $400,000 full time anticipated pay; RVU based payment model
Local Site Revenue Bonus AND National Profit Sharing Bonus
