About the Organization
Sun River Health is a nonprofit network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) providing high-quality, affordable health care to communities across New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley. Founded in 1975, Sun River Health now operates 50+ locations and serves more than 245,000 patients annually, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
We offer comprehensive, integrated services including primary care, pediatrics, womens health/OB-GYN, dental, behavioral health, substance use treatment, optometry, podiatry, sexual health, HIV care, and urgent care, along with care coordination and telehealth. Our team also addresses social determinants of health through community-based support services.
