About the Organization
Spectrum Healthcare, founded in 1965 as the Verde Valley Guidance Clinic, is the oldest Behavioral Health organization in Northern Arizona and one of the first to become an Integrated Care Home with the addition of primary care in 2009.
Our motto is "Compassionate Care, for mind, for body, for all of YOU". We have a team based approach to healthcare designed to more fully support all the needs of our clients.
In addition to market competitive salaries, we provide our full-time staff with company paid medical, dental, long term disability, and basic life insurance. Voluntary benefits include long term care insurance, vision, supplemental life, critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity. We also have a generous 401k plan which you can start contributing to right away. Spectrum contributions start after a year of employment with 3% of your salary contributed to your 401k - the company contributions increase over time to a maximum of 10% of your salary. Our PTO benefits are quite generous and start accruing at a rate of 25 days per year for medical practitioners. Each year, you will also get up to a week (5 days) of time off for your CME's, paid for by Spectrum
