About the Organization
Specializing in children dependent on life sustaining technology, Ivy Lane has nursing staff available 24 hours a day to meet our client families requests.
Our skilled nurses provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to children in the home and/or school setting. We strive to provide our patients continuity of care, allowing them to have a team of nurses that are aware of, and extremely capable of, following the care plan specific to them.
We cover: respite; private duty nursing; and home health visits; offering families the flexibility to manage their nursing and aide needs.
We also contract with several school districts to provide one-on-one nursing for those students who require continuous care.
About the Community
We have three office locations covering large portions of the state of Utah. Our most Northern location is in Logan, Utah serving members of the community in both Box Elder and Cache Counties.
Our Ogden office location serves Weber and Davis Counties, while our most southern location at this time is Millcreek, servicing Salt Lake, Toole, and parts of Utah County.
Our exceptional nurses provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to children at home and/or in the school setting.
Our goal is to allow children in these communities who are on life sustaining technology, have the opportunity to live at home with their families. We provide them opportunities to attend school, participate in school events, spend their time at home with their parents, siblings, and other family members, and live life to it's fullest.
