About the Organization
Bakersfield Family Medical Center/Heritage Physician Network sets a standard for excellence in health care provided to our patients in settings that promote wellness and preventive medicine. Heritage Physician Network is a physician group with locations throughout Kern County who comprise an Independent Physicians Association (IPA). These IPA physicians remain affiliated with BFMC although they maintain their own office. Members who select Heritage Physician Network physicians will see their doctors in their conveniently located private offices. All members of BFMC/HPN can access the full range of services, programs and specialists offered by Bakersfield Family Medical Center.
