3 hospital system- Central Maine Medical Center (CMMC), Rumford Hospital (RH), Bridgton Hospital (BH)
CMMC - tertiary hospital, 250 bed, level 2 trauma center, employ over 350 providers and APS, our service area includes over 400,000 patients in the central, western and mid-coast regions of Maine, approximately 1.2 million people in Maine; we are the one of the largest employers of providers and the 3rd largest healthcare organization in the state; Teaching hospital- residency, sports and hospitalist fellowships; in business since the late 1800s. Our strong points- trauma, heart, bariatric, endocrine.
Bridgton Hospital - 25 beds, about 1 hour and 20 minutes West of CMMC, critical access hospital
Rumford Hospital - 25 beds, about 1 hour North of CMMC
